AIMT organized guest Lecture & Interaction on Dairy Industry - Future Opportunities and Modern Disease Diagnostic Procedures. Prof. (Dr.) G. K. Aseri, Provost and Director-AIMT welcomed and introduced guests Dr. Laura Castrillion & Dr Amit Kanani on behalf of AUR.
Dr. Laura & Dr Kanani have started his interaction by giving thanks to Amity University Rajasthan for invitation.
Dr. Laura has shared her vast international experience with Microbiology & Food technology with students and gave insights of the opportunities in Dairy Industry and shared the emerging challenges that can be addressed by Microbiological interventions.
Dr. Kanani has given brief of opportunity available in dairy industry in the country and Government of India’s initiative to enhance quarantine process of animals and animal products.
Students & Research Scholars raised many queries and were satisfied by Dr Laura & Dr Kanani.
Prof. K Balakrishnan (Pro Vice Chancellor) felicitated the guests with university memento.
