The field visit titled “Design Beyond Walls: Field Visit to Hotel Taj Amer” was organized on Thursday, 22nd September 2025, from 10 AM to 5 PM, by the Amity School of Architecture & Planning (ASAP-AUR). The visit aimed to expose students to contemporary hospitality architecture, allowing them to observe and understand real-life applications of spatial planning, guest circulation, service integration, and sustainable practices in luxury hotels. During the visit, students analyzed the planning and design of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house operations, and service networks, integrating classroom learning with professional practice. The experience enhanced their understanding of aesthetics, functionality, and environmental responsiveness in hospitality design.
