Goan Food Festival is organized on 5th May 2022 in ASH Training Restaurant. All the BHM and MTTM students have participated students are taking care of kitchen and service while MTTM Students are taking care of the decoration. There are more 40 guests from the University or few of them are from outside the University. One of the renowned Chef Daya Shankar has grace the occasion with PVC Sir of Amity University Rajasthan.
Students learned about the traditional goan cuisine. They also learned the about what are the special ingredients found in goa or the Konkan region. Students are aware about the culture, Tourism, and economics of that region. There are more than 20 dishes prepared by students and faculty and served in Goan Food Festival.
