Amity Law School in association with Research Development Cell, AUR organised Workshop on Research Ethics. “Research Integrity: Restoring Integrity in Academic Research.” The Speaker of the Workshop was Prof. (Dr.) Sumit Narula , Professor and Dean, Times School of Media, Bennett University, Greater Noida. The Workshop was useful for Faculty Members and Ph.D. Research Scholars of AUR. The outcome of the workshop on “Research Ethics: Restoring Integrity in Academic Research” is to cultivate a culture of honesty, transparency, accountability, and respect across all stages of the research lifecycle, thereby strengthening public trust in scholarly work and institutional credibility. Participants are expected to develop practical skills to identify, prevent, and address issues such as plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, questionable authorship practices, and conflicts of interest, and to translate broad ethical principles into concrete day-to-day decisions in designing, conducting, and reporting research. The speaker gave valuable and interesting lecture on Research Ethics followed by Question-and-Answer Round. At the end ‘Vote of Thanks’ was given by Dr. Abhijay Chakraborty.
