Key contributions and competencies :-

To assist the Head of the Department/ Institution by handling various ongoing activities, to coordinate, support and guide the students towards their continuous improvement of academic standards and performance , effective mentoring, review of academic processes/structures/functions, to boost innovative and creative teaching and learning practices, conduct of interviews during admissions and preplacements, coordinating meetings and networking events, organizing induction programs for new students, departmental internal auditor (Quality Support for BSI, NAAC, WASC) , answering and resolving queries accurately in a courteous and confident manner, setting up new and effective systems and processes, term paper setting and invigilation, institutional representative during convocations.
