National Science Day
Playing our roles!
Amity Institute of Pharmacy (AIP), Amity University Lucknow Campus, celebrated National Science Day on 28th February 2025, by organising an event on "Empowering Indian Youth for Global Leadership and Innovation for Viksit Bharat." The session was conducted for all students of AIP, Amity University Lucknow Campus.
As part of the celebrations, a “Nukkad Natak” was performed by students, focusing on the theme, "Promoting Green Technology in Sustainable Development." Through powerful dialogues and engaging performances, the play highlighted the urgent need to adopt eco-friendly technologies, reduce carbon footprints, and embrace sustainable practices for a greener future.
As part of the National Science Day 2025 celebrations, various competitions were organised to encourage student participation and scientific enthusiasm. A Quiz Competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from 40 students, showcasing their knowledge of scientific advancements and innovations. Devansh Kasaudhan was the winner. Additionally, a Poster Presentation Competition attracted 34 participants, who creatively depicted themes related to science and innovation for nation-building. Adarsh Dev secured the top position. Furthermore, a Model-Making Competition saw 11 students present innovative scientific models, highlighting their practical understanding and problem-solving skills. Iqra Haseen Ahmed, Shreya Rathi, and Nikita Chauhan were the winners.
