Workshop on 'Innovative Trends and Practices in Bakery and Confectionery'

A Workshop on 'Innovative Trends and Practices in Bakery and Confectionery was conducted by Amity School of Hospitality (ASH) on 29th October, 2025,  at the Bakery and Confectionery Lab of the institute 

 
Chef Gouranga Pandey, Bakery and Pastry Chef of Hotel Mercure, Accor Group of Hotels, Lucknow, was the resource person of the workshop.
 
Following topics were covered during the conduct of the workshop:
  • Demonstration of step-by-step procedure for preparing varieties of breads.
  • Preparation of varieties of cakes pastries, cookies and desserts.
  • Standard procedure to be followed for presentation and service of desserts.  
Students of BBD University and Govt. IHMs, alongwith students of various Institutions of Amity University campus, attended and actively participated in the workshop .
