NATIONAL SEMINAR ON “Human Resource Management (HRM) Practices in Service based organizations

One day National Seminar on “Human Resource Management (HRM) Practices in Service based organizations: Issues, Challenges, Current Status and future Perspectives” successfully organized by Amity School of Hospitality on 7th March, 2017. As many as 246 participants from more than 15 colleges of Lucknow got registered and participated in the seminar. The seminar was inaugurated by eight distinguished speakers including

The practical experiences of 08 invited eminent speakers working in one of the best service sector industries shared their valuable experiences with the participants through Power Point presentation, Audio Visual aids and interactive sessions & accordingly following sub-topics in reference to novelty of subject & new information for faculty and students were covered–

  • Practices & Strategies being followed by Human Resource Department in service based organizations to remain sustainable in a rapidly changing competitive business environment.

  • Current Status and Future perspectives in terms in HRM practices being followed in service based organizations.

Students of Amity School of Hospitality have very actively participated while organizing the same event under the valuable guidance and mentorship of faculty members of the Institution. Students could get the practical exposure for organizing Seminar at national level starting from planning, conducting and post event activities. The report of same Seminar alongwith pictures got reported and published in 07 Newspapers of repute i.e. The Pioneer, Dainik Bhaskar, Amar Ujala, Rashtriya Swaroop, Jansandesh Times, Awadhnama and Azad Ayena.
