In the symposium, Mr. Aqa Raza (Assistant Professor of Law)presented a research paper on the topic “FromProfessor Dietrich Conrad to Nani A. Palkhivala?The Journey of Doctrine of Basic Structure of the Indian Basic Law of theLand: A Juridical Critique”. Mr.Zaid Ali, a student of B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) III Semester, presented a researchpaper on “Refugees and the Dilemma ofSecularism”, Mr. Abhishek Pandey, student of B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) IIISemester, presented a paper on “PublicInterest Litigation and the Changing Paradigm of Locus Standi”, Ms. RajdeepKaur, student of B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) I Semester, presented a paper on the topic“Freedom of Speech and Expression”andMs. Alisha Shamim, student of B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) I Semester,presented aresearch paper on the topic “Independenceof Judiciary”. All the faculty members of the Amity University,Chhattisgarh were present on the occasion.
