Mentor - Mentee Concept

This unique feature of ABSM is based on the concept of ‘Guru Shishya Parampara’, Because at ABSM, it is believed that the student and faculty interface outside the classroom is an essential prerequisite to the overall academic and attitude development of students. A group of students is assigned a faculty members as a mentor who acts as a friend, philosopher and guide to the students thus helping in their academic, emotional and career developments.  

Structural Techniques For Enhancing Professional & Personal Skills (STEPPS)
This program aims at holistic development of students as leaders. It is aimed at importing skills, which enables an individual to know self,see oneself, in relation to the organization one works for, and then in relation to a large environment and the society. To be specific this programme equips the students with how to work in teams, how to lead, and how to react in unfamiliar settings apart from learning effective communication, time management etc. thus, becoming effective individuals as well as professionals.

ABS Manesar Stock Exchange
The Amity Stock Exchange is simulated stock exchange, whose membership is open to all the MBA students of the Institute. The main objective of the stock exchange is to acquaint the students about the rules, regulations and provisions of stock exchanges. Through this exchange the students can buy and sell the shares on paper but nominal brokerage has to be paid in cash. The trading period is from Monday to Friday. On the last trading day the Members have to sequence up their outstanding positions. Every week, profits and losses of each member has to be found out and the members who have the highest profit get the prizes.

Industry Watch
The idea behind industry watch is it give an insight into current market scenario and provide an in-depth analysis of a particular industry. It is a platform for students to showcase their potential and to polish their skills. 

Foreign Business Language (FBL)
• At Amity, students have to undertake Foreign Business Language compulsorily.
• The Foreign language offered is German/ French.
• The coverage of language ensures the business application so that each student is able to converse fluently on various issues related to business management.on payment of nominal feesof Rs.100/- per month.
