FILM FESTIVAL- AMITY PATNA

 *Amity Film Festival* organised with the objective of giving a platform to the budding filmmakers to showcase their filmmaking skills commenced yesterday with the Inaugural session which was graced by Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar, Shri Tarkishore Prasad Ji. Hon'ble Sir mentioned about the rich history and legacy of Bihar and potential in Bihar's youth. He also guaranteed all forms of support to Amity in imparting quality education to the youth of Bihar. 

This 2 day Film Festival was based upon 3 broad themes- Kahani Bihar Ki, Women Health Care and Dignity and Open theme. A total of 120 films were received as entries among which shortlisted films by Jury Members were showcased. 90 schools and colleges from the country had registered in the film making category. 
The second day of Amity Film Festival started with the screening of shortlisted films and a small workshop on Film Editing. 
The Valedictory Session was graced with the presence of Shri Sanjay Kumar Jha, Hon'ble Minister, IPRD and WRD and Shri Kranti Prakash Jha, a noted actor and Producer. Hon'ble Sanjay Jha Sir complimented the good work done by Amity in Bihar and extended his support for all the good things happening at our campus. 
Mr. Kranti Prakash Jha added to the star factor and spoke about how passion takes us nearer to success. 
The event was graced with the august presence of Respected Rama Sir who addressed and motivated the Team and applauded the effort. 
The presence and kind words of Respected Gaurav Sir and Respected Pro VC Sir added to the festival. 
We are thankful to all seniors who motivated the team to achieve the best outcomes.
The 2 day event had Music, Drama, Quiz, Talent Treasure in which many students from schools participated and won prizes. The event concluded with Award Distribution Ceremony.
