ICEL aims to provide a platform for researchers, academicians, as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to have in-depth discussions, share their experiences, exchange new ideas and present their research results in Entrepreneurship and Leadership. The conference will paved the ways and open gateway to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. The International Conference on Entrepreneurship and Leadership will be held at Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida from 14th February to 17th February 2018.

In a time when the global economy continues to stutter Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Value creation ranks high on economic and political agenda for every nation. However, the barriers to engage in entrepreneurship and its ecosystem are still to be addressed. Hence, the present theme of the conference is Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Value Creation. This conference provides a platform for policy makers, entrepreneurs, industry bodies and researchers to share ideas on the best practices in entrepreneurship and leadership. Accordingly, the papers may be submitted in any of the following category, namely: (1) Research papers, (2) Innovative and Reflective practices, and (3) Case-studies, (the nature of which are explained in the section, 'Types of Submissions', below).
While we have mentioned a few sub-themes as guidelines for paper-submission, this is not to be treated as a restrictive list. Authors are encouraged to submit papers on other related themes as well. All submissions should be in English.
