Dr. Bertold Hock served as University Professor (Associate Professor), Biochemistry of Morphogenesis, University of Bochum and later on as Dean of the Center of Life Sciences and Faculty of Agriculture, Technical University of München at Weihenstephan. Presently he is University Professor of Cell Biology, Technical University of München at Weihenstephan.

Dr. Helmut has vast experience in teaching in the area of microbiology and wine upgradation. Other research interests are taxonomy and functions of archaebacteria.

Dr. Oelmueller is world fame specialist on molecular biology of Arabidopsis thaliana. Currently very much involved in understanding the interaction of plants with the symbiotic fungi.

Dr. Singh has broad interest in microbiology and biotechnology with expertise in microbial physiology/biochemistry, fermentations and genetic/protein engineering techniques applicable to environmental, agricultural, food, and pharmaceutical industries. Additionally he is Director, Research & Development with Petrozyme Technologies Inc., Guelph, Ontario; Adjunct Professor at University of Waterloo, Ontario; Process Design Consultant, Conestoga Rovers and Associates, Waterloo.

Dr. Chincholkar is engaged in teaching in Microbiology since last 23 years. His areas of research interest include steroid and Antibiotic Biotransformations, Biological control of Plant Diseases and Microbial siderophores.

Dr. Hartmann's research interest includes mechanisms of substrate flow regulation in ecological systems, molecular Microbial Ecology and ecotoxicology and rhizosphere microbiology using molecular genetic approaches.

Dr. Karlovsky's research interest includes molecular biology of pathogenicity and development of pathogen resistant plants.

Dr. Varma is specialist in the area of plant virology using immunological techniques and ultrastrctural characterisations.

Dr. Kost is specialist in morphology and ultra structural studies of soil fungi. His other research interests are biology and histochemical studies of mycorrhizal fungi.

Dr. Ullrich specializes in the plant-bacteria interactions with special reference at physiology and molecular biology.
