The school celebrated ‘Prerna Diwas’ that marks the birthday of their beloved Chairperson Dr (Mrs) Amita Chauhan. Students made beautiful handmade birthday cards, conducted special assembly highlighting her contribution to education and even held informative TEDx talks on animal extinction and environmental activism. They also participated in a few activities held for a week based on the theme ‘Fighting against animal cruelty and neglect and saving Mother Earth.’ Later, 17 branches of Amity schools came together to celebrate the occasion virtually which was witnessed by over 1200 attendees. Highlight of the event was an interactive session with the Chairperson, wherein she answered questions about her childhood, milestones, values and vision for Amity.
