Physical Education
Physical education is highlighted at all levels for no education is complete without according due importance to sports. It is even offered as a subject under the CBSE course curriculum for std. XI and XII. Values such as self-control, discipline, courage and perseverance are instilled among the children through a wide range of games and sports programmes based on their needs and interests. Competitive sports, which are an integral part of the school curriculum, not only motivate the children but also help in developing sportsmanship, tolerance and teamwork.
 

Physical education is an inherent part of the school and it is our endeavour to achieve a high level of sporting excellence . The School has many National and International players.

Parimarjan Negi : set to become the youngest International Master in chess.Gained IM Norm and currently a candidate for GM Norm.

Harjapjee Kaur : Represented India in World Skating Championship held at China

Minauti Passi : Represented Delhi in Junior National Basketball and the team was the runners-up at the national level

Saiyam Pabreja :Won International and national level championship in speed skating.He won a bronze medal in a Grand Prix Skating Speed In Line Championship held in Belgium.

Akshay Kohli : Qualified to play in International Tennis Federation Championship .

Himanshu Vermani : Represented India at the Twenty Twenty Cricket Association played against Pakistan at Yamuna Nagar

Pradnya Potdar : Won a gold , silver and a bronze medal the national sports dance and fitness federation . Went to Dallas USA for world Aerobic Championship along with Aman Sodhi.

Ajit Ranjan : Playing Cricket in U-17 VIJAY MERCHANT TROPHY under BCCI.

Vineet Ranjan : Playing Cricket in U-17 VIJAY MERCHANT TROPHY under BCCI.

Prateek Bhalla : Represented Delhi in U-14 Sub Junior Team and qualified for knock out stage at the north zone.

Ojaswi Gupta : Won bronze medal in Girls Cadet category in 5th WFF world Karate championship held at Prague (Czech Republic).
