Parents of Avila Princy M
I am Avila Princy M’s father, and seeing her thrive as a 2nd-year BTech Computer Science and Engineering student at Amity University Bengaluru has been a relief and a joy. At first, we weren’t sure what to expect, but the university’s flexible and state-of-the-art curriculum has really impressed us. Avila talks about how it covers the basics like programming and data structures, but also lets her pick subjects like artificial intelligence and cybersecurity that she’s excited about. We love hearing her explain IoT or blockchain from her elective classes—it’s clear she’s getting a mix of practical skills and new ideas that matter in today’s world.
What reassures us even more is how the curriculum integrates the latest tools and technologies. Avila often tells us about working with platforms like AWS and Hadoop in labs and tackling real-world projects, such as building machine learning models. It’s clear that Amity keeps its syllabus dynamic, updating it to match industry needs, which gives us confidence in her future employability. The faculty’s role is equally remarkable—not only do they teach with expertise, but they also involve students like Avila in research, encouraging her to think innovatively and contribute to meaningful projects. The modern infrastructure, with high-tech labs and resources, further enhances her learning experience.
We’ve noticed a holistic growth in Avila since she joined Amity. The workshops, hackathons, and industry interactions she participates in complement her academics, building her skills and confidence. Amity’s forward-thinking approach and focus on research are preparing her to excel in the tech industry, and as parents, we couldn’t be prouder to see her thrive at such an innovative institution.
