As a culture and kind gesture to give a formal warm welcome to newcomers/students admitted to first year (B. Pharm, M. Pharm & Pharm D), the institute hosts a fresher’s party every year.
It is one of those euphoric moments that every student at AIP zestfully waits for. Thus, to welcome the newbies a Fresher’s Party was organized by Amity Institute of Pharmacy, AUUP, Lucknow campus on 11th September 2023. The party was hosted by students of II-year B. Pharm and Pharm D. The event was graced by Prof. (Dr.) Anuradha Mishra (Director AIP, AUUP, Lucknow).
The program commenced with a warm welcome of freshers followed by a sizzling dance performance by B. Pharm II-year students.
The second-year students also conducted some game competitions for the newbies. Further a ramp walk performance by freshers was the piece of attraction, and participants were judged on the performances and the questions asked by judges. This event was judged by Mr. Pragyandip Parthasarathi Dash, Dr. Supriya Roy and Dr. Vishakha, faculty, AIP. Mr. Shantanu and Ms. Durgawati were declared Mr and Ms freshers from B. Pharm 1st year and Mr Breznev and Ms Yashika were declared Mr and Ms freshers from Pharm D 1st year students.
All the fresher students were gifted with small gift tokens. The fresher’s day was filled with excitement, joy, music, enthusiasm, laughter and happiness.
