Gate entry for Graduands opens at 9 am - Sri Shanmukhananda Chandrasekarendra Saraswathi Auditorium, Sion (E), Mumbai

Issuance of Guidelines, collection & wearing of Gowns by all Graduands at reception desk area.

Gown issuance will close at 11 am

On the spot registration is strictly not allowed

Online pre-registration on amizone is mandatory for attending convocation ceremony. Graduands must bring a printout of confirmation slip of the successful online registration. 

11.00 am – 12.00 pm

Photo session and other activities

12.00 pm to 1.00 pm

Lunch for Graduands at Lunch Area (back side of Auditorium Hall)

1.00 pm to 1.20 pm

Graduands to be seated in the Auditorium Hall on the allotted seats.

No entry in the Auditorium Hall after 1.20 pm

1.20 pm to 1.30 pm

Briefing of the Graduands – at Convocation Plaza by MC team

1.30 pm to 4.30 pm

Convocation Ceremony

4.35 pm to 5.00 pm

Degree Distribution Ceremony on stage

5.00 pm to 6.00 pm

Return of the Convocation Gown by the Students at the Counters
