Dr. Gurinder Singh is a first class Post Graduate in Commerce with a Masters Degree of International Trade from IIFT, where he topped with 7 merits. He is an MBA with specialization in Marketing and has also done his Ph.D. in the area of International Business. He has work experience of more than 17 years in teaching, consultancy and research. He is a Founder Director General of Amity International Business School & serving his second term as a Pro Vice Chancellor of Amity University.

He has written three books on the subjects – International Marketing, International Business Communications and International Logistics. He received the prestigious “Ambassador of Peace Award” as a Distinguished Educationist for his significant contribution in the field of higher education by ‘Universal Peace Federation of India’ at India International Centre, New Delhi.

He also got the ”Excellence Award” and “Gold Medal” for his outstanding performance in the field of Education by Institute of Economic Studies (IES)” and has also got “GEM OF INDIA” and  “ARCH OF EXCELLENCE AWARD” in All India Achievers’ Conference held at Taj Palace, New Delhi. Prof. Bhawna Kumar
B.E. (Gold Medalist), MBA (Gold Medalist)
She has specialized in Instrumentation & Control Engineering and Management of Information Technology and Finance and has a work experience of over 13 years covering areas of project execution, project management, consultancy, research and teaching.

She is presently a Professor of Information Technology at Amity International Business School, Noida and is associated with the MBA (IB) program as its Program Coordinator. She has been actively involved in organizing a number of National and International Seminars and Research Paper contests in the area of Management.

She is presently engaged in research and development of case studies in the area of entrepreneurship, knowledge management and e-marketing; and has contributed research papers in the area of E-commerce, entrepreneurship and Role of Information & Communication Technology in developing economies.

He is a Professor of Economics and also Joint Director Industry Interaction Cell, Amity International Business School. His area of expertise; “Static and Dynamic Economic System and Econometric Model Building and Analysis”.

He was in dean’s honor list. He has worked in the US for fortune 500 companies like Exxon, GE Capital, Westing House, Citi Group and International Organizations like the World Bank and the Boston Consulting Group.
He is the nominated member of Indian Econometrics Society, nominated by the then Governor of Reserve Bank of India, Dr. C. Rangarajan in the year 1996. He has numerous publications in the area of Macro Dynamic System and International Trade Dynamic for the National Bureau of Economic Research.

At the age of 21, he was the youngest person to present a paper at the World Bank’s Global conference in Washington DC, in 1984. For his academic excellence he was awarded the leadership scholarship by Senator Barry Goldwater, the then Governor of Arizona State in the year of 1987 and 1989.

Dr. Ajit Mittal is a Post Graduate in Commerce and ICWAI (Inter). He is also a Master’s Degree holder in Business Administration with specialization in Finance. Currently he is pursuing his Masters in Foreign Trade as well as doing Ph.D. which is completed. He has been associated in the field of Corporate Finance & Accounts for the last four years. He has also to his credit six years of experience in the academic field as Professor of Finance with Apeejay Institute of Management. He is also working as a visiting faculty in various institutes of repute such as Galgotia Institute of Management & Technology, Noida and Institute of Engineering & technologies India.

He also was heading the lateral program with London School of Economics, University of London in New Delhi. He has rich experience and understanding of the core financial processes. Besides teaching, Mr. Ajit Mittal has contributed to the designing of courses several universities. He has presented several papers in national and international journals and seminars. His paper on “Competitiveness of Indian textile Industries and the challenges ahead” has been well received. Also he has awarded and rated national and International banks on the basis of extensive research done on different parameters on banking sectors.

He is a Graduate in Science From Guru Nanak Dev University, Punjab with Post Graduation in Public Administration and two years Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Punjabi University, Punjab and has submitted PhD thesis on Topic “ Impact of Organizational Climate on Managerial Effectiveness “with special reference to Pharmaceutical Industry. He has to his credit a blend of  20 Years of experience of working in very reputed multinational organizations like Glaxo and Ranbaxy in managerial capacities for about 13 years and as Professor, Director and Group Director in various prestigious academic Institutions for about 7 Years. His Core areas are Strategic Human Resource Management, Organization Behavior, Trainings and Organizational Change and Development .

Since, he had a passion for teaching, initially he started sharing his experience with students as a visiting faculty in reputed management institutions that includes institutions like IIHMR, Jaipur and others. He further decided to fully devote rest of his time with zeal to develop young managers at Amity International Business School, Amity University , Noida.

He excels in the studies of  Behavior Sciences and Research which helps students understand the real live situations in the organizations. He also directly or indirectly indulges into developing students’ personality in terms of their personal bearing, power of expression and managing self.

Prof. V.P Kakkar is working as Professor-International Strategic
Management in Amity International Business, School Noida. He has done his MBA from IGNOU and BE in Mechanical Engg. From Punjabi University, Patiala. He has two specializations, one PGDHRM (Post graduation in Human Resource Management, and other being PGDIM (Post
Graduate diploma in Management). He was conferred with gold medal in PGDHRM by the then President of India.
He has a vast experience of over 3 decades. Out of which he has more than 25 yrs. of industry experience. He last worked as Dy. General Manager (HRD Centre) in BHEL at Hardwar. While in industry he has worked in various disciplines like HR, HRD, Industrial Engg.,  Management services and Management Planning and Inventory Control. He has been a visiting faculty to industry, Engg. And Management Institutions. Prior to Amity he has also worked as Prof. and Dy. (HOD) of MBA wing in Indra Prastha Engg. College Ghaziabad and Institute of Management Studies as Prof. in HR/Management. His many papers have been published in the area of Industrial/Mechanical Engg. Management, HRD and HRM. He is also an accredited Management faculty by IIMA.

He took pre-mature retirement from the Logistics branch of the Indian Navy in the year 1995. Out of twenty years in the service he spent over thirty years in the fields of management and I.T. He carried out a no. of projects as a leader/ member and all his projects were implemented. Notable amongst these was Hr planning for department of post, government of India. The then cabinet secretary placed on record deep appreciation for the tremendous effort put in by Professor Dinesh Khurana. He was also commented by the then chief of Naval Staff for his outstanding achievement to the Indian Navy on the eve of India's Republic day in the year 1985. He has published several research papers on Hr planning, Inventory control; etc in the national and international journals. He has also authored book chapter in the book entitled “In search of Right Personnel published by McMillan India Ltd. 2008.He has guided a large no. of Master degree dissertation work for the students of MBA & MCA. His core area of work is to leverage the power of IT in HRM. He holds two masters degrees one in applied mathematics from IIT Roorkee and another in operations research from University of Delhi. He also completed one year full time course in Advanced Logistics Management (Major HRM & was equivalent to PGDM) from Mumbai in the year 1991. He has over 35 years of experience in industry, teaching, consultancy and research. He ha organized several international conferences under the aegis of operational society of India & Society for Reliability Engineering, quality allocation & operation management. A Qualified army trainer, who is specially certified and has trained young officers and junior leaders of Indian Army -Col K S Mohan is a Bachelor of Business Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University and a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from ITM Chennai. A keen observer of the International Capital Markets and International Corporate Scenario, he has the rich experience of having worked as Senior Research Analyst-International Capital Markets with IGATE Global Solutions. He used to work and prepare financial report for 5 US based FIIs. At AMITY you will see him delivering lectures for MBA-IB students in the subjects International Financial Management, Management of Foreign exchange transactions , Foreign Exchange Banking and Foreign Trade. He also interacts with foreign delegations to enable student to gain International exposure.

Dr. Kshamta Chauhan  is an Assistant Professor in Amity International Business School, Noida. A Doctorate in Economics from Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut, with a Topic on " Economic Analysis of Oil India Limited since economic liberalization –a case study". She has done her Post graduation in Economics and also holds Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Nice Management College, Meerut. She carries extensive experience in teaching and academics for the last ten years in various management institutions. Her teaching and research interests are in the area of International economics and marketing.

Ms. Geeta Jaglan is a senior lecturer in Amity International Business School, Noida. She has done her M.Phil and Masters in Economics. She has qualified UGC NET and has submitted her Ph.D. in the field of Public Finance. She carries experience in teaching and academics for the last three years in management institutions. Her teaching and research interests is in the area of Managerial economics.

Dr. Deepmala Soni is a Lecturer in Amity International Business School, Noida. Presently, she is pursuing PhD from Avadh University. Her areas of interest include Financial Accounting, Managerial accounting and Industrial Relations.

Has around 40 years of experience in administration and Public Examinations. He has worked as Joint Secretary of Central Board of Secondary Education and has held responsibilities for Administration and Public examinations namely All India Pre-medical and Pre-dental examination (AIPMT), All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE), and Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test in addition to Board Examinations. He also remained a member secretary in several independent committees on education.

She is an Assistant Professor at Amity International Business School, Noida and is also the coordinator of the Under Graduate programs. Her area of specialization is International Business. She is a Computer Science Graduate and has done her Maters in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi.

She has 12 years of work experience in research and consulting wherein she has prepared various market feasibility reports for Ministry of Commerce, Trade Promotion Organisations, MNCs and SMEs. During her last assignment with the Plastics Export Promotion Council (Plexconcil)as Dy. Mr. Ravi  Prakash is an MCA from institute of Engineering & technology, Lucknow and has over 14years of experience in teaching, industry and research. He is about to complete M.Tech.(IT) from IETE, New Delhi. He is a Mathematics & Statistics graduate from Allahabad University and also has been a student in MCS(DRDO) from JK Institute of Applied Physics & technology, Allahabad.
He has participated and presented a few papers in over 10 international/national conferences and seminars in the areas of Networking, Soft Computing, Data Mining, E-Commerce, Information Security, Mobile Computing and many areas related to Management & IT. Ms. K.P Kanchana is an MBA (HR) from Indian Institute of Science and Management, Ranchi with distinction and has qualified UGC Net in Management. She is having 6 years of teaching experience. Prior AIBS, she worked as Lecturer as ICFAI National College Bhopal and Vidyasagar Institute of Management Bhopal. She has presented several papers in the National Seminar and had published many articles.

He is working as a Sr. Lecturer in Economics at AIBS, Amity University, Noida, Indiaand Ex. Expatriate Faculty of Jimma University under UNDP Sponsored Project, Ethiopia with the educational qualification of BA [Honors], MA (Economics), MDBA (Finance) and LLB.  He is an academician & researcher since last 15 years in India & Abroad {6 Years}.   During his professional career, he has amply participated in national and international conferences, Round Table Discussions, Seminars, Symposia and Workshops of high repute including the latest one at Inter American Development Bank’s Headquarter in Washington DC (USA) on the invitation from IFAD & MIF. She is working as a Lecturer HR at Amity International Business School, Noida. She has MBA Degree in HR and Marketing from UP Technical University Lucknow and Professional Diploma in Web Designing and E-Commerce from Arena multimedia.

She has 4yrs of experience, out of which one year has been in the corporate i.e. in various managerial capacities performing functions in the field of HR. She has been with AIBS for past one and half years. She has been taking sessions on various subjects of HR and Behavioural Science. Mrs. Ghosh has over two years of experience during the course of which she attended various seminars and workshops primarily in the areas of Finance, Research Methodology and its applications. Mrs. Rachana Chandra is an alumni of the prestigious Welham Girls High School, Dehra-doon [I.S.C (Yr.12)], Isabella Thoburn College,Lucknow.  Done a Certificate Course in Journalism from ‘The Writers Bureau College of Journalism, Manchester’,U.K.   and   an  LLM from ‘The University of Mumbai’.Got a  Certificate of achievement from  The Duke of  Edinburgh for Socially useful Productive Work. After almost a year of distinguished service at Amity Institute of Global Legal Education and Research, joined the esteemed Institute of AIBS.

She is a B.Tech (Computer Science) from FET College Agra pursued M.Tech in Software Engineering from Banasthali Vidyapith Rajasthan. She has two years work experience in the academic field. Her area of interest is Neural Network

Richa Goel is acting as Lecturer in Amity University. She has more than 7.5 years of experience
 in Various Technical and Management Colleges and has also acted as coordinator, Student Counselor in various institutions. She has always maintained a gracious and professional manner when communicating with people. She is dedicated to enthusiastic and dynamic teaching as a means of creating and nurturing a lifelong love of knowledge in students. She is a Gold Medalist in MA (Economics) and has done MBA in (HR) and Bachelors of Law. She has also written a Research paper for IICT 2007.
Her Diverse Experience has benefited students in understanding both theoretical and practical aspects of Economic Environment which functions through several markets, firms, industries, management and govt.

Possesses a Master’s Degree in Commerce from Dr. BhimRao Ambedkar University, Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration from Dr. BhimRao Ambedkar University. She has submitted her thesis entitled as “Human Resource Development Practices in Indian Banking Sector: A Comparative Study of HDFC Bank and State Bank of India”, from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra. She has an overall teaching experience of approximately two years. She specializes in Human Resource Management field. Mr. Vijay Sahni is Joint Director of Industry Interaction Cell. He has more than 20 years of experience in the Industry. Before joining at AIBS, he was the Managing Director in M/S Spade India and was honored with the Economic Industry Confederation award. He was also the Managing Director with Strips and Wire Pvt. Ltd. He was consultant to different Export Houses. His Strengths are to create links between the Students and the industry and through his experience as an industrialist prepare them to deal with the challenges post by the industry. He is the alumni of Hindu College, Delhi University, which he passed out in the year 1975.

Commodore Rajan Bhandari is General Manager in the Industry Interaction Cell.  He has more than 40 years of experience in Operations, Training, HRM/HRD and Management of Quality in the Indian Navy and corporate sector.  Senior assignments in the Indian Navy were  Head of Training Team at DSSC, Wellington; Chief Operations Officer of Eastern Naval Command, Command of INS Godavari, Chief Staff Officer to Flag Officer Sea Training and he headed the College of Naval Warfare.  From 1997 onwards, he moved to the services sector in International Business.  He was the CEO of a premier freight forwarding company in Mumbai and a senior manager in IT&T and iGATE at Noida.  His vast experience of diverse situations benefits students in learning both the theoretical and practical aspects of International marketing and delivery of services, Comparative International Management, Project Management and Strategic Management.  Students are also mentored by him for personality and skill development required in corporate managerial positions. He is an alumnus of the National Defence Academy and winner of the Bronze Medal, and holds M.Sc. from Madras University.  He is the recipient of both Yudh Seva Medal and Vishisht Seva Medal by the President of India.

Arti Choudhary is acting as Assistant Manager IIC in Amity University. She has more than 10 months of experience in various academic works and has also acted as Student mentor, Student Counselor to support and motivate the students. She has guided the students to work on Social Awareness Programmes and monitored their visits to NGO’S. She has always maintained a professional manner while communicating with people.

Mr. Roopak Kumar gupta is a faculty in the area of marketing. He has an industry, teaching, research and consulting experience of more than seven years. He has his masters in business administration in Marketing management and is currently doing his doctoral work in the area of marketing strategies in aviation sector.
Currently he is involved in teaching and research. His areas include customer switching behavior, sales force evaluation, innovative marketing, business networking, and customer relationship management.
He has published two research papers in international journals and a dozen papers at various international conferences. He has been involved as a participant in the strategic management forum at IIM luck now.
Prior to teaching he has worked for automobile giant Ashok Leyland as Area sales manager. He has worked for ICICI as Channel manager and has got the coveted star of the quarter PAN India award twice.
