  • Before joining Amity University as a Professor in Marketing department, he was working as Vice President (Marketing) with a SEBI registered Start-up Custodian Orbis Financial. His responsibilities included Branding, Product designing, product validation, Market Research, Business Development and Communication.
  • He has worked with CRISIL Limited, India’s largest Ratings Agency, where he had set-up the marketing department and created various platforms to bridge the gap between the market participants. He was responsible for designing three of India’s premier awards in partnership with CNBC to recognize the best performing Mutual Funds, best Real Estate companies and best performing Small & Medium Sized Enterprises.
  • He was also instrumental in designing India’s first Investor Education Campaign during his stint with SBI Asset Management Company as a Chief Manager (Marketing).
  • During his career of 16 plus years, he has launched 22 products including two Custody products for Orbis Financial, twelve Mutual Fund Schemes for SBI Asset Management, three editions of Times of India for Bennett, Coleman & Company and five ratings and research products for CRISIL Limited.

  • Col Sharad Khattar has a wide range of experience, having served in a technical corps of the Indian Army for 27 years. He served as the Project Director of an ambitious futuristic ICT project of the Indian Army and steered it to a successful completion, General Manager of an Army Industrial unit (base workshop) and Dy General Manager (Production Planning and Control) of another Army Industrial unit. He also commanded a battalion and served as a technical adviser to The General Officer Commanding of a Division. 
  • He also served as Scientist ‘F’, Additional Director in Defense Research Development Organization and was the Technical Head of a leading company dealing with banking and office automation.
  • He has taught at EME School Vadodara, a prestigious training institution of the Indian Army.
