Learning Excursion Trip
Students of Amity Business School semester 4 have organised an outbound excursion trip on 15th and 16th of March 2019 at Lonavala in Hotel Lion’s Den.
Twenty-Nine students participated in Management outbound excursion trip. The activities were conducted by our Respected Director & HOI- Prof.Dr. A K S Suryavanshi from ABS. The activities were
1. FIRO Mapping
2. Visit to Rural Ago Market
3. Psycometric Profiling
4. Camping, Borne Fire and Team Building
Two faculties from ABS Dr. Karishma Agarwal & Sanjeev Kadam coordinated this outbound excursion trip.
The main aim for this program was to develop leadership skills and team spirit in students and to make them understand the importance of Esprit De Corps. Psychometric mapping helped students to know more about their strengths and weakness. After all these activities, at the end of the day, students enjoyed bon fire with some parlor games and ice breaking sessions which helped them to know each one’s strengths and weakness and aim in life.
