Blood Donation Camp at Amity University Rajasthan, Jaipur
Blood donation camp was organized by National Service Scheme units of Amity University Rajasthan, Jaipur on 29 October 2018. Medical team from Santokba Durlabhji Memorial Hospital Jaipur led by Dr Anshika collected blood from the volunteers after ensuring their medical fitness. Dr. Vinod Singh Gour, Dr. Prashant Mishra and Dr. Manoj Kumar welcomed the medical team, blood donors and the team from HDFC bank Jaipur. HDFC Bank sponsored and distributed refreshment to the blood donors. Pro-President Prof Balakrishanan visited the blood donation camp and inaugurated it. President Prof Arun Patil, Pro-President Prof Balakrishanan, Maj Gen C P Singh, Cdr Vishvadeepak Singh, Brig G S Rathore and Prof Vinay Sharma visited the blood donation camp and congratulated the donors and extended their gratitude to the medical team and team from HDFC. Their visit was motivating for the volunteers. Boys, girls, faculty members and staff of AUR donated 125 units of blood. Blood donation by staff and faculty members like Mr. Sunil Bhargava, Mr. Mahender Singh, Mr. M S Sisodiya, Dr. J S Sohal, Dr. Pankaj Sharma and Mr. Arvind Jain was inspiring for the volunteers. Dr. Vinod Singh Gour, Program Coordinator, NSS coordinated this program. Significant contribution was made by Dr. Manoj Kumar, Dr. Prashant Mishra, Mr. Anjani Kumar Shukla, Mr. M S Sisodiya, Dr. Ratnadeep Roy program officers NSS and Shri Vikas Chouhan, Dy Director Admin for successful organization of the camp.
