Japanese Delegation from JETRO Visits Amity Innovation Design Centre (AIDC)

The Amity Innovation Design Centre (AIDC), Amity University, had the privilege of hosting a Japanese delegation from JETRO. During the visit, the delegates explored the centre's advanced research facilities, innovative projects, and technology-driven initiatives. Eutelsat Group Delegation Visits Amity Innovation and Design Center

A high-level delegation from Eutelsat Group, comprising Mr. Daniel Kroboth, Vice President, Satellite Operations, and Ms. Nishta Kapoor, Regional Director, India, SAARC and Africa, Eutelsat OneWeb, accompanied by Gp. Capt. T. H. Anand Rao, Director, Indian Space Association, visited the Amity Innovation and Design Center at Amity University, Noida, on 7 April 2026. The visit focused on exploring Amity’s capabilities in space science, technology, innovation and industry-oriented research.

Expert Mentoring Session for PSB Hackathon Series 2026 – Suraksha Manthan

Experts from Punjab and Sind Bank visited Amity University for an in-person mentoring session with the teams participating in the PSB Hackathon Series 2026 – Suraksha Manthan. The experts interacted individually with each team, reviewed their proposed ideas and provided practical guidance on developing secure, efficient and user-friendly software solutions for the banking sector. The session helped participants understand real-world banking requirements and refine their solutions according to industry expectations.

The Summer Internship Certificate Distribution Ceremony 2026 was held at the Amity Innovation and Design Center (AIDC). Final completion certificates were awarded to students after the successful presentation and evaluation of their internship projects. The ceremony recognised their dedication, practical learning and successful completion of the internship programme.

National Startup Day Bharat Mandapam

Educational and Awareness Visit under 17th Tribal Youth Exchange Program

The Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, approved the organization of the 17th Tribal Youth Exchange Programme (TYEP) for the holistic development of tribal youth from Left-Wing Extremism (LWE) affected districts. Gautam Buddha Nagar was selected as one of the programme venues.Under this programme, 200 tribal youth (18–22 years) from eight districts of Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Odisha, along with 20 escorting officers from CRPF, ITBP, and BSF, have participated in a seven-day residential programme.
