With the Blessings of our beloved FounderPresident Sir Dr. Ashok K Chauhan and President Sir, Dr. Atul Chauhan , AmityUniversity Kolkata celebrated the opening ceremony of 19th Inter AmityInstitutions Sports Meet, Sangathan, the Annual Mega Event of AmityUniversity on 24th August 2017 atatrium area at 11:30am.The month long mega Sports event, which culminates the Founder's Daycelebrations.
Our Hon'ble Vice Chancellor Sir, Prof.(Dr.) DhrubajyotiChattopadhyay , Asst. Vice President Sir, Mr. Vipin Sharma, SeniorDirector Madam, AUK ,Prof.(Dr.) Ankita Chakravarty Bhattacharyya along with theHOIs , lighted the Prestigious Mashal to announce the commencement of Sangathan2017 at Amity University Kolkata Campus.
The Mashal relay started with handing over the torch to the Amity Business School & Allied Courses then it was passed on to the following Schools:
Amity School of Engineering& Technology
Amity Institute of Applied Sciences & Information Technology
Amity Institute of Biotechtechnology
Amity Institute of Travel &Tourism & Hospitality
Amity School of Law
Amity School of Communication/Fashion/ Fine Arts
Amity School of Architecture and Planning
The HoIs of therespective schools alongwith their students and faculty members ran around thecampus to celebrate the opening ceremony. Finally, the Sangathan Mashal washanded over to the non teaching staff members of AUK who concluded therelay.
Overall it was a massive event, which the students, faculty members & staffof AUK enjoyed a lot.
