CALL FOR PAPERS

Papers are invited that align with the established focus areas of the conference. Authors are initially required to submit original, unpublished abstracts that address the conference theme. Conference abstract book will be released during the conference. Following the conference, corresponding authors of the selected papers will receive an official communication via email with detailed guidelines for submitting the full manuscript for the next stage of review. The authors can also submit their manuscripts for publication in the Scopus Indexed Conference Proceeding (published by Springer) or Scopus-indexed journals, or Web of Science journals. All manuscripts that comply with the submission requirements will undergo a thorough peer-review process according to the criterion of the Springer conference proceedings/ Journals. High-quality selected papers will be considered for publication in Scopus-indexed Springer conference proceedings, Scopus-indexed journals, or Web of Science journals.

Selected papers in the area of fuzzy decision making and analysis will be submitted to Scientific Reports https://www.nature.com/collections/bagagccdfg/guest-editors.

Guidelines for poster presentation

The recommended size of the poster is A0, i.e., 1189 x 841 mm (Height x Breadth). The title of the paper, author names and affiliation should be printed at the top of the poster. Participants are requested to put up their posters at the assigned position before lunch on the day of their presentation. Double sided tape and pins would be made available. (Please contact the poster committee help desk on the venue.) Poster Background should be preferably light colour and font in dark colour for better clarity.

Guidelines for oral presentation

The presentations must be in Microsoft PPT / PPTX format. A back up must be maintained in a Pendrive. The maximum No. of slides should be ~15. The time allotted for each speaker will be (13+2) min.

Plagiarism Policy

ICRTMD 2026 strictly implements plagiarism and self-plagiarism policy. Plagiarism found at any stage of manuscript publication will be taken as a serious concern and Springer/ Organising Committee may take suitable action accordingly. The contents of the manuscripts should be original and must not be submitted simultaneously for consideration towards publication in another conference or journal.
