Special Sessions

The Technical Program Committee of the 7th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON RECENT TRENDS IN MATERIALS AND DEVICES (ICRTMD 2026) invite proposals for Special Sessions.

The Special Sessions are intended to highlight emerging research areas, cutting-edge developments, and specialized topics that may not be fully covered in the main technical tracks of the conference. A group registration discount is 25% discount for groups of 4 or more registrations.

Proposal Submission:

Interested experts are requested to submit their proposal along with the brief CV to icrtmd@amity.edu as per the format:

The proposal should include:

  • Proposed title of the Special Session
  • A brief abstract (200–300 words) outlining the theme
  • Keywords relevant to the session

Deadline for submission: 5th January 2026

Submission decision: 7th January 2026

Guidelines for Special Session Organizers:

  1. The title and theme of the session must fall within the scope of the conference.
  2. The organizer and co-organizer should have expertise in the relevant field.
  3. Organizers are responsible for screening papers, issuing the call for papers, and managing the peer-review process. Recommendations will be formally accepted only after approval by the Technical Program Committee (TPC).
  4. Each session should include at least 6 registered papers
  5. The conference offers 25% discount for groups of 4 or more registrations
