IEEE/CSI/SREQOM MEMBERS WILL BE ENTITLED FOR 20% DISCOUNT ON THEIR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES. MEMBERSHIP COPY IS TO BE SENT ALONGWITH REGISTRATION FORM AND FEE.
The registration fee includes Conference kit, lunches, tea/coffee and one conference dinner. The registration fee is to be paid by account payee demand draft in favour of "Amity University Uttar Pradesh" and payable at Noida, India. Conference Fee DOES NOT include Transportation and Accomodation charges.
Students/Research Scholars have to send copy of thier Institute's Id-Card alongwith the registration form.
Foreign delegates accompanied by their spouses shall pay an additional amount of USD200
only in addition to their registration fee. The spouses will be entitled to all
conference facilities except conference kit. For Indian delegates this amount is Rs. 3000.
At least one author must register as delegate with full registration fee applicable
as above for inclusion of paper in the proceedings. Single author with multiple papers
has to register separately for each paper.
USD 75 or Rs. 1500 may be added to the registration fee as late fee for foreign or
Indian delegates respectively, if it is paid after August 30, 2014. Individual letters
of invitation, which can be useful for obtaining grants, will be sent on request.
ACCOMMODATION CHARGES
- For students (in Hostel): 500 INR per day on sharing basis (excluding food)
- For Industry, Academia & R&D(Indian): Rs. 2500 to Rs. 6000 per day depending on type of accomodation (excluding food)
- For Industry, Academia & R&D(Foreign): USD100 to USD250 per day depending on type of accomodation (excluding food)
ACCOMMODATION
The booking of accommodation for students in Hostel will be done on First-come First serve and sunject to availability. The accommodation will be arranged in the nearby Hostels/Hotels as per the availability and requirements. Group Pick up and Drop facility will be available from/to such places to/from the venue.
If delegates have specific requirements, the same can be arranged on prior request.

Arrangements have been made to receive the delegates (who have informed us about their travel plans) at the airport terminals and railway stations.
Pre-paid taxi can be hired at the airport terminals (located in the lounge).
Pre-paid taxi and auto-rickshaws can be hired just outside railway stations. These services are run by the Government and hence the charges are reasonable.
Delegates can also choose to use local buses.
