Prof (Dr.) Shefali Raizada

Prof (Dr.) Shefali Raizada is presently Additional Director/Joint Head at Amity Law School, Amity University Noida Uttar Pradesh. She has two Masters Degrees and doctoral degree in World History and Law. She hails from a renowned judicial family. She has done her higher education from Lucknow University and Gold medallist. Her areas of specialization are Indian Legal History, International Relations, Intellectual Property Rights and Arbitration Dispute Resolution and Interdisciplinary stream. She has travelled widely in India and abroad to participate in various international conferences and presented several papers. She is having supervisory experience over Masters' and doctoral dissertations. She has chaired the conference sessions on various occasions. She has around 40 research articles on legal and interdisciplinary aspects. She has more than 50 research papers presented in International and National Conferences. She has edited around 25 books and authored 1 book on Northeast. The prominent titles of the book authored by her are "Laws Governing in Media and entertainment Industry", "Multidisciplinary landscape: Global Trends and transformation", "Position of the women in 21st century: Right to Equality",

"Artificial Intelligence: An inducement of technology in human affairs", "Clinical trials: Regulative legal controls on Bio-logical Warfare", "Exploration of technology globally and its legal dimensions"-published by Thomson Reuters, Walter Kluwers, Bloomsbury, and Satyam Law International etc. She has been conferred with a number of awards as like with the National Women Leadership Award and Visionary Leadership Award etc. by the Asia Education Summit. She is the Editor-in-Chief of the Amity International Journal of Legal and Multidisciplinary Studies and Biannual Institute News letter. She has organized various multidisciplinary conferences, Jessup Moot and other International Competitions like Global Hackathon and ADR events along with the events on gender issues and Faculty Development Programmes(FDPs), Value Added Course events (VAC) and Amity Youth Fest. She is an active member of the Centre for Gender Studies and is actively involved in projects concerning social issues and voluntarily involved in the social work for skill development women upliftment and employability.

Prof (Dr). Aditya Tomer

Prof.(Dr.) Aditya Tomer is presently the Additional Director/ Joint Head of Amity Law School, Noida. He is an academician with varied and interdisciplinary interests. Dr. Tomer has to his credit more than 54 publications including Books, Monographs, Chapters, Research Papers, Articles in Magazine and Newspapers. Some of his books namely are Comparative Reflections on the Constitutional Models of India and Australia, Law Governance and Society-A Developing Socio Legal Developing Nations, Rethinking of Juvenile Perspective in Digital Age, Right to Information Act (2005), Good governance and Human rights in Developing Nations, Rethinking of juvenile Justice system in India and Gender Discourse and Legal perspectives. Dr. Tomer is a keen researcher and has supervised research leading to the award of Ph.D in Law and also LLM. He has presented more than 30 Research papers in National and International Conferences. As an editor he has improved the quality of law journal like Amity International Journal of Juridical Sciences, and Ami code e-Newsletter of Law. Dr. Tomer has also contributed to the development of Law Schools by organizing many National and International Conferences, Workshops, Training programmes with NHRC, NCW, NCPC, SCW-BPR&D etc, FDP’s, Panel Discussions and Moot Court Competitions, Legal Aid Camps etc. of high repute.

Prof. (Dr) Arvind P. Bhanu

Dr. Bhanu is presently the Additional Director/Joint Head and dedicated academicians, for more than two decades in the field of law. He has served various institutes in different capacities. Dr. Bhanu specializes in Constitutional Law and has his doctoral dissertation degree in the area of the specialization from A. M. U. Aligarh. He is also having UGC (NET) in law and master's in economics. He has one hundred thirty research publications on different legal issues, in International and National journals of repute, on digital platforms and books. His notable publications are in very reputed International Journals like Pepperdine Law Review- (USA) and Pace Law Review- (USA). Both the Journals are classified under the Flagship US Law review. His very recent publication is also in a very prestigious law journal of United States-University of Detroit Mercy Law Review-Vol. 100, 2022. Publications in Edward Elgar (EE) publication U.K. and SCOPUS/WoS indexed Journals are also to his credit. Dr. Bhanu is an editor, co-editor, and member of various advisory boards of reputed National legal journals. He has been a columnist for more than a year in the national magazine 'LAWZ'. Dr. Bhanu has presented many papers in National and International conferences on different issues, organized Seminars/Conferences, moot courts-national & international- and legal debates etc. Dr. Bhanu has chaired the technical sessions in international and national Conferences, delivered invited lectures at National level and has also been invited as keynote speaker in national and international conferences and as resource person in Refresher Courses organized by UGC-HRDC. Dr. Bhanu has been on the list of panels of examiners of Doctoral research in universities and judicial service examination and Public Service Commission. He is having supervisory experience over Masters' and doctoral dissertations. Constitutional Law and Law of Crimes are his specializations. Dr. Bhanu has been bestowed with the scholarly awards including Best Teacher Award for the year 2017 and NOVRA Sammaan for imparting education to underprivileged groups.
