Sangathan – Inter-University Sports Meet

AUH hosts Sangathan, a prestigious inter-university sports event with active participation from faculty, staff, and students.
AMS students also participate in intra-university tournaments, fostering sportsmanship and healthy competition.
Proud Moment: Amity Medical School won the Best March Past Trophy at Sangathan 2025 for the fourth consecutive year, reflecting discipline, coordination, and team spirit.

Cultural Life – Amifest

Amifest, the annual cultural festival of Amity University, celebrates talent, creativity, and community spirit through performances by renowned artists, student-led competitions, and vibrant cultural showcases. AMS departments actively participate in the festival, with highlights including events such as the Recipe Competition organized by the Department of Dietetics & Applied Nutrition (DAN).

Internships and Placements

Amity Medical School actively collaborates with leading healthcare institutions to provide strong industry interactions, placements, internships, and practical exposure that bridge academic learning with real-world healthcare practice. Key partners include PGI Chandigarh, All India Institute of Medical Sciences- AIIMS, Medanta – The Medicity and Paras Hospital, Artemis Hospital, Max Healthcare, Sarvodya Hospital, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and many more for clinical training and skill development. Other Healthcare institutes include Ahooja Eye, Baush and Lomb, Titan Eye, Lens Kart, Clove Dental and Silver Streak Hospital for specialised health programs and internship opportunities. Collaborations with Uddan Clinic, Mayom Hospital, Khushboo Welfare Society, and Continua Kids offer regular clinical postings and hands-on experience for allied and healthcare students. Additionally, international linkages such as with Management and Science University, Malaysia and industry partnerships like MOL Q Labs, Dr Lal pathlabs,Healthians, further enrich student exposure and research engagement. Department of Dietetics & Applied Nutrition had undertaken internships and placements at leading organizations, including Curelink, Dietofy, Fitelo, HealthifyMe, Nestle India, Maggi, Abbott Nutrition, Parle-G, Mother Dairy and Healthians.

Diet Clinic & Caloright Club

The Department of Dietetics & Applied Nutrition has established a Diet Clinic on campus to promote nutrition and health awareness while providing students with hands-on experience in patient counselling as part of a learning-by-doing approach. Complementing this initiative, the Caloright Club, a student-driven platform established in 2019, actively engages students through fitness challenges, nutrition awareness programs, and sensory contests, fostering practical learning beyond the classroom.
