The industrial visit to Amul, IMT Manesar, organized by the Resource Centre (CRC), Amity University Haryana, on 8th September 2026, under the theme “Innovation,” aimed to provide practical exposure to the functioning of the dairy and food-processing industry. The visit involved 25 students from the Department of Dietetics & Applied Nutrition, accompanied by Dr. Shashi Soni, and sought to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and industrial practices. It aimed to familiarize students with modern food-processing technologies, production processes, quality control measures, and innovative practices adopted in the dairy industry.
