AIBAS organized time to time weekly camp on “Psychometric Profiling” from February 2020. These camps were designed with an aim to familiarize the participants (faculties, research scholars, students and staff) with the importance of mental health and also to make them aware about the different aspects of mental health that can be assessed. In this regard, an event of Psychometric profiling (weekly camp) for AUR Students, Employees, Residential Members and their children was organized at Counseling Cell (amphitheater) weekly on every Monday. Dr. Shobita Jain (Counsellor, AIBAS) and MA (Psychology) II Semester Students coordinated the event. Many participants got benefitted by the event and got to know themselves better in the following areas:

2. Assess your capabilities and abilities
3. Strive for satisfaction and excellence
4. Get to know your real strengths
5. How to have a satisfying career based on your personality
