Application Procedure

At Amity we have a very rigorous Admission process on campus to assess and identify the intellectual and personal capabilities of applicants. During this time of the COVID pandemic we have modified the admission process to be fully online in the interest and safety of applicants.

Availability of Application Form

The Cost of the Admission Form is Rs. 1,500 /-

The steps for admissions are :

  • Complete the online application form. The progress of your application can be tracked on your admission microsite.
  • Submit self recorded videos. (Instructions to upload video are given in "Completing Your Application Form" section below)
  • On the basis of your application form, academic results and review of your video recording, the decision on your admission will be taken and intimated to you.
  • Students securing 80%+ aggregate in class XII(CBSE/ISC 0f 2020/2021) will be selected on the basis of their application form and do not need to upload videos.

Further details on the process are below :

To visit your Admission Microsite Click Here and logon with your form number and password printed on the application form. After you logon to your microsite for the first time please change the password, keep it safe and confidential.

Fill in the Application Form only if you meet or will meet the eligibility for admission to the program. Duly filled in application form, will be allowed submission only along with following:

  • Passport Size Photograph: The dimensions of the photograph should be 3.5 x 4.5cm width. Scanned photograph should be in jpg, gif, png, jpeg, bmp format for online submission.
  • Scanned Class X mark sheet should be in jpg, gif, png, jpeg, bmp, pdf format for online submission.
  • A valid personal e-mail ID and contact number.
  • Application fees of Rs. 1500/- using Debit / Credit card / Wallets / Netbanking.


  • Application Form will not get submitted in the absence of the required documents.
  • Kindly note that merely submission of an application form does not constitute a claim for an offer date for the selection procedure or admission to the program. The form may be rejected due to discrepancy in the supporting documents, or any other valid reason.
  • An Application Form number and password is generated on submission of the application form. Log on to your Admission Microsite on by using your form number and password. After you log on to your microsite for the first time please change the password, keep it safe and confidential.

Following guidelines may please be followed to facilitate uploading of video's

  • The new process does not require the physical presence of candidate at the Campus. The candidate is required to upload the video responses to three questions, namely, an Introductory question followed by a question to test your English Language Skills and thereafter a Subject Specific Question.
  • Once the form is registered, the candidate will receive the link at Admission Microsite to upload the video responses.
  • Log on to the Admission Microsite using the Form number and Password issued to you while filling up the Application Form.
  • Once logged in, look for ‘Upload video for selection process’ in the Admission Microsite.
  • Click on the given link and read the instructions.
  • Click on Start button to proceed.
  • This is how it looks, once theStart button is clicked.
  • As you proceed, one by one the questions will appear on the screen with an option to record your answer on the spot using the
    Capture from webcam and Upload. The countdown begins the moment you start recording the answers.
  • You may also pre-record your answer and upload the same using the option given on the Left side Choose File and Upload.

Please Note: Candidate will have to attend all the 3 questions to complete the process.

  • All selected candidates will get intimation of their selection through an Admission Letter which will be made available on Admission microsite for downloading. Details regarding payment of fees at the time of admission, and date and time for commencement of the academic session will be mentioned in the admission letter.
  • Offer of admission will be valid only for the specific program opted by the candidate as well as for the same academic session. Admission is given provisionally as specified in the letter. The offer of admission will automatically stand cancelled if the conditions are not fulfilled by the stipulated time.
  • There is a possibility that the Admission Committee recommends your admission in a category/program/campus for which you have not applied in the application Form. In such cases an option will be given to you on your admission microsite informing you of the change and you may give your consent for the same. The selection letter will be available on Admission Microsite for downloading only after receiving your consent.
  • Failure to pay the fee within the specified date or report for classes after payment of fee will entail cancellation of admission.

Selected candidates can give request for change of program after selection.

  • The request should be made to the admission office through Post / Track your Query section on the Admission Microsite before the last date of payment of the fee as notified in the Admission Letter.
  • Minimum eligibility criteria for the requested program should be met.
  • Request will be considered and approved subject to be consent of the admission committee.
  • A processing fee of Rs. 1500 will have to be paid with the fees if transfer request is approved.
