Download Placement Brochure (PDF)The placement process at ACCF aims to facilitate the exchange of knowledge between the students and the industry. The process initiates from the month of September when the students fill up the ‘Campus Placement Form’ and submit it to the Placement Team. Thereafter, various placement activities viz. workshops, counselling sessions, resume writing sessions, group discussions are conducted to prepare the students for future jobs. The companies conduct pre-placement talks to give in-depth information about roles and profiles being offered. Placement drives are conducted both on-campus and off-campus. Selection process typically comprises of CV based short-listing, group discussions and interview round. Selected students are given the offer letters once final results are announced by the companies.
ACCF organizes various placement activities to help the students showcase their talents to the industry during the placement processes. Summer jobs are the first step toward gaining skills and experiences that will help in advancing to a productive career after graduation. Students meet diverse groups of people they probably wouldn’t meet anywhere else before graduating. Not only is it perfect for their social skills, but also these people may just be the references they need in the future. Summer jobs open the door for students to learn how to handle different situations effectively, whether it is working under pressure or facing not-so-friendly customers. These experiences will be beneficial to student’s confidence moving forward in both their career and life.
