Admission Procedure

Eligibilty:

A Bachelor’s or Post- graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto by KUK, MDU, GJU & CDLU as the case may be, with not less than 50% marks in aggregate (minimum pass marks in case of SC/ST candidates) OR Pass in Final Examination conducted by Institute of Chartered Accounts of India/ Institute of Costs and works Accounts of India / Institute of Company Secretaries of India

Selection Criteria:

As per merit in the Combined Entrance Test (CET) and MAT as per details mentioned in the prospectus issued by the university conducting the CET.

Reservation:

As per details contained in the Prospectus issued by University conducting CET.

Specializations Available:

A student has to opt two of the following specializations:

1. Marketing Management
2. Financial Management
3. Human Resource Management 
4. Information Technology
5. International Business

Admission Procedure:

The State Government deputes any of the Universities in Haryana to take up the responsibility of conducting admission to University departments and all affiliated management Institutes in the State of Haryana, through a combined entrance test (CET). The University is also authorized for making admissions against 15% seats of All India Category on the basis of inter-se merit of valid MAT score (conducted by AIMA). Thus out of 60 allowed seats, 51 are being filled on the basis of CET and 9 on the basis of MAT. The whole admission procedure, including the request for applications, evaluation, results and counselling, is taken care of by the authorized University. The academic session normally begins on 1st of August every year. All the issues relating to weightages for admission, criteria for GD/ personal interview etc. is as per the decision of the authorized University conducting CET (also see the prospectus).
