40 students of Semester 5, along with 3 Faculty members namely, Prof Col K P Singh, Asst Prof Pratheek Sudhakaran & Asst Prof Garima Singh of Amity School of Architecture & Planning, AUR visited the Parsvnath Exotica Housing Project at Sec 52, Gurgaon by eminent Developers Parsvnath Group, a project spanning across 36 Acres consisting of around 900 flats for Elite group of Society which was also awarded the Best Project by CNBC 18 Channel in the Year 2009. It covers 26.5 lac Sq Ft Built up area and 6.5 lac Sq Ft as basement. The Design has been developed by reputed and internationally recognised Architect RK Associates, New Delhi.

This project was executed on site by Prof Col K P Singh while being GM in Parsvnath Developers Ltd. before joining AUR. His guidance and knowledge of execution of the project was highly beneficial to the students while the various aspects of the site being studied.

This visit has been extremely educative to the students and faculty alike with respect to Planning, Design, Services and Execution of Housing Projects.
