9th Global Leadership Research Conference (GLRC 2024) is being planned on 7th to 9th February 2024 on the theme “New Paradigms of Business Management in the era of analytics, sustainability, and innovation”.
It revolves around the need for creating a platform where management scholars, researchers, academicians, and practitioners can share the ground-breaking outcomes of their research across diverse Management domains and subsequently contribute to theory building in the field of Management. The conference will be attended by academicians, business leaders, policymakers, consultants, researchers from across the globe. With advent of technology it is important to deliberate on role of analytic for ensuring future sustainability and ensure consistent innovation in varied areas of management.
Forum discussions can help in understanding how academic research can be used by practitioners to improve their business processes. The conference aims at providing a platform for discussing research practices across emerging paradigms from the Management disciplines of Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, General Management, operations,IT Sustainability, governance and spirituality in management.
One of the key goals of the event is to provide a forum for academia research-industry interaction to identify ways for developing and benefiting by establishing mutually beneficial institutional collaborations and institutional partnerships.
The conference aims at cultivating a global ecosystem where discussions can be organized on the evolving demographic, socio-political, industrial, and digital patterns across business and society globally.

Submission Guidelines
We invite paper submissions from researchers around the globe:
Types of papers: Empirical/ Theoretical/Case Study/Perspective/ Survey based qualitative analysis.
Perspective Paper: Submissions in the form extended abstracts of approximate 1,000-word count will apply.
Academicians, industry experts, research scholars and students are invited to contribute papers on topics related to the theme of the conference. All manuscripts are subject to review and are expected to meet standards of academic excellence. The decision of the reviewers will be final and binding. To facilitate the review process, the author should adhere to the following guidelines:
INSTRUCTION FOR AUTHORS:
- Title: Do not use and abbreviations or acronyms
- Full Paper: Full paper should be original, unpublished and minimum 6000 -7000 words. (Including title page, abstract, main text, figures, tables, graphs, and references)
- Abstract: Abstract should be limited to 250 words (must contain title of the paper, all author’s names, institutional affiliations, email ID of the corresponding author and keywords)
- Keywords: Approximately 5-7 words or phrases
- Brief Author Profile: Authors are instructed to give a brief biography.
- Font Style: Times New Roman
- Font Size: Font size should be 16 point for title,14 for headings and 12 point for rest of the text. Please provide margin of 2.5 cm on all sides. The text should be justified.
- Line Spacing: 1.5
- Referencing: APA style
- Plagiarism should not exceed 10% to maintain the originality of the manuscript.
- Submission of a paper implies that after acceptance, at least one of the authors will register and present the paper in the conference.
- Kindly indicate the name of the corresponding author in case of two or more authors. All conference related mails will be addressed to the corresponding authors.
- All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
Criteria for evaluation of the manuscript:
- Relevance: Is the topic relevant to the theme of the conference?
- Rigor: Depth & logical organisation of the literature review, and the conceptual framework.
- Originality: Does the manuscript add to the existing body of knowledge?
- Methodology: Does the paper utilise appropriate data analysis tools and techniques to achieve the objectives of the manuscript?
- Practical Implications: Does the manuscript highlight relevant discussion points for industry managers and policy makers?
All submitted manuscripts will be subjected to an extensive double bind peer review process.
