This track sets the stage for current challenges and opportunities in business model innovation, emphasising how companies leverage data to drive innovation and develop sustainable business models. This track challenge participants to explore uncharted territories, question conventional wisdom, and push the boundaries of innovation and sustainable practices in information systems. This track of the conference will also delve into the world of analytics in business management by leveraging data to make informed decisions and optimize their operations. The track aims to push the boundaries of operational practices and inspire attendees to explore innovative approaches to drive excellence in their organisations, embracing new perspectives, disruptive ideas, and sustainable strategies in operations. Problem-solving methodologies such as Design Thinking, Design Sprint, and Gamification to overcome operational challenges and generate innovative solutions for today's dynamic business environment. IT governance, risk, and, adversarial statistical applications, responsible AI emerging technologies scaling innovation, industry 4.0 and 5.0 will be the key areas of this track.

Track 2 - Finance Paradigm

Financial Horizons: Navigating Through the ever-changing Landscape.

This track explores the world of innovation in business management by understanding evolving economic landscape, understanding how the changing dynamics of finance is essential for individuals and organisations alike. This track is designed to delve deep into finance and provide valuable insights, strategies, and practical knowledge to navigate the complex financial challenges of the modern era. Papers that explore proven financial strategies for managing risk, optimising capital structure, and driving sustainable growth in today's dynamic business environment will be a part of this track.

Track 3- HR Paradigm

Re-Imagining Human Resources: Unlocking the Innovation Paradox

In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, innovation has become the key differentiator and organizations are under tremendous pressure to continuously innovate and stay ahead of the competition. Human Resources (HR) practices need reimagining to unlock its full potential. Thus, the track will focus on various strategies for organisational innovation, excellence, building and leading high performing teams. It is imperative to throw light on the varied innovative practices in the areas of talent management, diversity, equity, wellbeing, inventive leadership and metrics in HR. The track will also lay emphasis on the process of organisational change, including fostering a Culture of Innovation, Agile Workforce Planning, Employee Empowerment, Agile Learning and Development and change management strategies to prepare organisations to be sustainable in the context of society, gig economy and other cultural changes.

Papers exploring unconventional practices and emerging trends in HR management, providing insights and tools for managers to enhance their innovative skills and drive organisational success are welcome.

New Age Marketing: Connecting Dots Between Sustainability, Analytics and Innovation

The track will be emphasizing the impact of innovation, technology, analytics, sustainability on the success of marketing strategies in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous market environment. Innovations in Value Chain, Product, Service, Branding, Marketing Mix Decisions, prediction and forecasting sales, use of data science tools, analytics for B2B decision making, strategic orientation will be highlights of this track.

Topics like Social Media Analytics, Metaverse marketing, privacy in the world of AI, virtual assistants such as chatbots, voice assistants, experience evaluation also fall under this umbrella.

Track 5: Entrepreneurship Paradigm

Entrepreneurship & Growth: Leveraging Innovation, Network & Policy for Sustainability 

The key focus areas of this track will be on importance of innovation and entrepreneurship in today's business landscape, techniques for fostering a culture of innovation, identifying, and capitalising on entrepreneurial opportunities, network, policy and driving organisational growth through creativity and forward thinking. This track is an excellent opportunity in providing a platform for researchers, academicians, entrepreneurs, business owners, industrial professionals, and students to share their research findings, best practices, innovation, expert opinions and challenges experienced with possible solutions in relation to business and entrepreneurship.

The track also encourages participants to investigate the effects of cutting-edge technologies, including automation, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of things, as well as how to use them to create new opportunities and improve processes.
