This track challenge participants to explore uncharted territories, question conventional wisdom, and push the boundaries of innovation and sustainable practices in information systems. This track of the conference will also delve into the world of analytics in business management by leveraging data to make informed decisions and optimize their operations. The track aims to push the boundaries of operational practices and inspire attendees to explore innovative approaches to drive excellence in their organisations, embracing new perspectives, disruptive ideas, and sustainable strategies in operations. Problem-solving methodologies such as Design Thinking, Design Sprint, and Gamification to overcome operational challenges and generate innovative solutions for today's dynamic business environment. IT governance, risk, and, adversarial statistical applications, responsible AI emerging technologies scaling innovation, industry 4.0 and 5.0 will be the key areas of this track.

Papers that explore proven financial strategies for managing risk, optimising capital structure, and driving sustainable growth in today's dynamic business environment will be a part of this track.

In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, innovation has become the key differentiator and organizations are under tremendous pressure to continuously innovate and stay ahead of the competition. Human Resources (HR) practices need reimagining to unlock its full potential. Thus, the track will focus on various strategies for organisational innovation, excellence, building and leading high performing teams. It is imperative to throw light on the varied innovative practices in the areas of talent management, diversity, equity, wellbeing, inventive leadership and metrics in HR. Innovations in Value Chain, Product, Service, Branding, Marketing Mix Decisions, prediction and forecasting sales, use of data science tools, analytics for B2B decision making, strategic orientation will be highlights of this track.
Topics like Social Media Analytics, Metaverse marketing, privacy in the world of AI, virtual assistants such as chatbots, voice assistants, experience evaluation also fall under this umbrella.
