Testimony: I have so many significant memories of Amity School of Economics that it would be very hard to pick one. There was one thing that I despised the most, though, which was the plethora of extra modules that we used to do other than economics. But, as soon as I started my M.Sc. from University College Dublin, I came to a realisation that all those extra modules added more value to my CV and it made it look fuller; all my colleagues were fascinated because I have done so much in my bachelor's that it would surely help me later on in my career path. Apart from this, the institution was really my second home; I used to spend hours after classes preparing for an event be it of a sport or a cultural thing, having a nice conversation with lecturers not only about the course but as a friend and then walking into the HOD’s cabin with no fear and anxiety as she used to treat me as her own child so I could share anything with her. The research driven atmosphere of ASE is at par to excellence and it will strived me to choose my path as a researcher in the field that I adore.

Batch: 2016-19

Testimony: Studying in Amity School of Economics has been a very wholesome experience. The faculty members, my seniors as well as my fellow batchmates provided a very nurturing environment for skill enhancement, academic growth and grooming . Our professors made sure we got the basics of the subject correct and taught detailed application of the theories we studied. The class presentations , group discussions and debates helped me enhance my subject knowledge and my public speaking skills and provided me a platform to showcase them . Skipping to the fun part, I got to choose my area of interest from a wide variety of club committees in ASE .The amazing club committees of ASE like Dramity and Ecopedia which I were a part of , allowed me to explore different extracurricular activities and participate in different intra and inter college events. And being in the core committee of one club and being the President of another , I also got an opportunity to organise events and in the process, I learnt to handle managerial responsibilities. The conferences and seminars organised by ASE and chaired by Industry experts helped me gain industry exposure and decide my career plans. Thanks to the monthly mentor-mentee meetings; they helped me resolve any problems that I had and served like a personal counselling. Even in the online teaching mode, ASE taught us to carry on with the same zeal and we adapted to the new normal pretty smoothly; Hence, to conclude I'd never trade the three years at ASE for anything else in this whole wide world - these three years were fun and full of learning.
