Cellium (Entrepreneurship & Innovation Cell)

Entrepreneurship is not a job or a label, it is an art, a lifestyle. It is a sense of being and a willingness to help society and its people as a whole.

New technologies and a growing capacity for innovation are playing fundamental roles in solving societal problems as a whole. Cellium, the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Cell of Amity School of Economics, which comes under Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) under Ministry of HRD is a platform that is tailor made to cater to the needs of aspiring entrepreneurs of the department and acknowledge the sense of innovation amongst its members.

Whether it be assistance in idea validation, making a business plan, incubation, or funding assistance etc., our vision has always been to uplift and enhance the ‘out-of-the-box’ factor in students.

Cellium has organised workshops on topics such as ‘Digital Marketing’, ‘How to make a Business Plan’, ‘Becoming an Entrepreneur’, panel discussions and many more. Along with these workshops, we have also organised competitions like ‘Reverse Pitching’, ‘Business Plan Competition’, ‘Entre-Puzzle’, ‘Quizzes on Startups’ etc. From Workshops, Bootcamps, Alumni Meets, & Panel Discussions, to Competitions and Quizzes, we have it all.

Our goal is to simply help generate the spark to give something back to society and imagination in students because we believe that if opportunity doesn’t knock, we should just build a door!
