Institution Cultural Events

  1. Freshers Party of ASIBAS was organized to welcome the new students joining Bachelors and Masters courses under Actuarial Science and Insurance & Banking. The party was organized with the help of students under the cultural club of ASIBAS. All the second year students contributed Rs 150 for the same, out of which ……………. Amount was given to the University for University freshers and the remaining amount was used for the departmental freshers. Different kinds of activities like Fashion Show,Dance, Skit and several games were also organized.
  2. & Ms. ASIBAS were selected by the Head of the Institute- Sh. A P Singh . Amandeep Bhayana ofM.Sc (Actuarial Science) was selected as Mr. Fresher-ASIBAS and Ms. Garima of MBA ( I & B) was selected as Ms. Freshers- ASIBAS. They were further nominated for University Freshers selection.
  3. The party was followed by high tea for students,faculty and staff members.
  4. The event was quite successful and was appreciated by all the freshers as well as Head of the Institute and other faculty members.
  1. A cultural event was organized on the Orientation Programme of ABYB -07th Batch under PGDBS on 05th June 2018.
  2. Under the cultural programme, SaraswatiVandana and Rangoli were part of the Orientation Programme.
  3. Students of 06th Batch of ABYB participated and organized both the activities under the guidance of faculty coordinators of Cultural Club.
  4. The event was successful and appreciated by the Chief Guest and other speakers of the Programme as well as HOI and other faculty members.
  1. A cultural event was organized for the National Conference on Insurance , Banking and Actuarial Science, held on 25th& 26th October 2018.
  2. Under the cultural programme, SaraswatiVandana ,Rangoli and Welcome Tika were part of the Conference.
  3. Students of ASIBAS participated and organized both the activities under  the guidance of faculty coordinators of Cultural Club.

  1. Amity school of Insurance, Banking and Actuarial science celebrated Diwali 2018 under the event ‘Majestic Diwali’.
  2. First of all, meetings were held among the faculty coordinators and the students of Cultural Club to plan the event.
  3. All the Students were intimated about the activities of Diwali Mela through the posters which were posted on the notice Boards and the corridors. Registration was invited for the activities displayed on the posters. The same information was also shared through different Class WhatsApp groups by respective Class Representatives.
  4. The HOI and the faculty members were invited by a beautiful invitation card prepared by the students .
  5. The activities planned were not only for the students but for the faculty members as well as staff. The theme of the Diwali Mela was Ethnic.
  6. The activities planned for the Diwali Mela were-Competition on Cooking without Fire, Rangoli, Dum Charades, Antakshri and Tambola. For Faculty members-Best Cabin Award Competition was organized.
  7. All the students and faculty members participated with full enthusiasm and the event saw a huge number of participation from both the sides.
  8. The Head of the Institute –Sh. A P Singh was the judge of all the events and winners were awarded by him only. Best Decorated Cabin was awarded to Dr. N K Bhasin.
