As per Regulation-13 the composition of Anti Ragging Monitoring Cell is
established at each campus level. With the approval of the Competent
Authority the
composition of Anti Ragging Monitoring Cell of Noida Campus is

Role & Responsibilities
The Anti Ragging Monitoring Cell will have following responsibilities:
The Chairpersons shall ensure that all circulars, notices, orders,
guidelines, or other
communications issued by the Government of India, Government of Uttar
Pradesh,
UGC, statutory bodies or other competent authorities relating to Anti
Ragging are
duly disseminated and appropriate awareness is created among the concerned
stakeholders.
To ensure that no incidence of ragging as given in these regulations takes
place
at Noida Campus and will also monitor and ensure that the instructions of
the
regulations are followed fully at all times.
To maintain alert vigil at all times and ensure that the Institutional Anti
Ragging Committee and Anti-Ragging Squads of the Institutions carry out
their functions properly.
The Anti Ragging Monitoring Cell Nodal Officer to nominate Proctor in-charge
of Control Room.
Coordinate with the Institutional Anti-Ragging Committees, Anti-Ragging
Squads, Patrols and Anti-Ragging Control Rooms.
Anti-Ragging Squads and Anti-Ragging Patrols will immediately report any
incidence of ragging or abetment of ragging noticed by them to the
Anti-Ragging Control Room to the Anti-Ragging Committee of respective
Institution and the Nodal Officer of Anti Ragging Monitoring Cell.
Proctor in-charge of the Anti-Ragging Control Room will take immediate
action as per the situation which may include:
- Immediate suspension of involved students
- Sending reinforcements or any medical help if required.
- Forward the main gist / report of incident to the Anti-Ragging
Monitoring
Cell Nodal Officer and Chairman, Anti Ragging Committee.
The Cell shall submit its Annual Report to the University on or before
30th May every year.
Tenure of Committee will be of one year (valid upto 30th June 2027).
