An Industrial Visit by CRC on 11th September 2024
An industrial visit was organised by the Corporate Research Centre on September 11, 2024. By observing the operations firsthand, students were expected to gain a deeper understanding of the techniques and methods used in the industry and the overall functioning of a large-scale dairy manufacturing plant. The primary aim of the industrial visit to the Amul plant was to provide students with practical insights into the functioning of the dairy industry. The visit aimed to familiarize students with the various processes involved in the production, preservation, and packaging of dairy products like milk, butter, and ice creams. The visit to the Amul plant successfully provided students with a comprehensive view of the dairy industry's inner workings. From witnessing the different units like quality control, processing, and packaging to understanding the step-by-step methods of dairy product production, the students gained valuable, real-world experience.
