An Industry Advisory Board (IAB) Meeting on “Shaping Future-Ready Education” was organised by AIBAS on 22nd April 2026. The event sought to enhance the relevance and quality of academic programmes by incorporating industry perspectives, emerging trends, and professional expectations into the learning process.
The Industry Advisory Board (IAB) Meeting 2026 aimed to strengthen the linkage between academia and industry by creating a collaborative platform for interaction among industry experts, alumni, faculty members, and students in the field of Behavioral and Allied Sciences. It also aimed to provide students with valuable insights into career opportunities, promote experiential learning and employability skills, encourage networking and knowledge exchange, and ensure that graduates are equipped with the competencies required to thrive in an evolving professional environment.
The distinguished guest speakers, Ms. Neelam Mishra, Ms. Gagandeep Kaur Sethi, and Ms. Riya Jain, shared valuable professional experiences and practical insights related to clinical psychology, counselling, mental health services, entrepreneurship, and career development. Their discussions provided students with a deeper understanding of industry expectations, emerging opportunities, workplace realities, and the importance of continuous professional growth.
