General Guidelines

All material on each page should be formatted on A4 paper, single-sided, written in a two-column. The manuscript should normally be of 15 typed pages including figures and tables, typed in double spaced or printed in 12-point font with 1.5 inch margin on all four sides.

For the title (Times Roman, 24-point, bold font) the, author's names (Times Roman, 12-point, bold font) and affiliations (Times Roman, 12-point, italics font) should run across the full width of the page and be centered.

Every submission should begin with an abstract of 200 words, followed by a set of not more than four keywords. The abstract should be placed under the title, author names and affiliations. The abstract should be written using Times 10-point size characters. The word 'Abstract' should be omitted. Insert the abstract text in a 120mm wide, centered text area, and also using Times 10-point size characters.

Keywords should start with the word "Keywords:" also using Times 10-point size characters.

Figures and tables should be inserted at the appropriate point in your text in black and white. Make sure they are clear and with enough contrast to appear correctly in the final proceedings. Each figure and table has to be numbered and captioned in 12-point Times Roman font and should be centred.

APA style of referencing should be followed while writing the paper.

Specific Notes for Author

All papers submitted to AJM, must not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. Conference papers can be submitted, only if the paper was not subject to copyright and has been completely rewritten.

Authors are encouraged to submit their papers as per the standard guidelines for submission. The review process is a continuous activity based on quality submission yet planned for all subsequent publications. All submissions would be scrutinized and selected after plagiarism check through turn it in software.
