Webinar on AYURVEDA & INDIAN FOOD- FUTURE VISION

 

The event started with an inaugural address by Dr Amit Jain, Hon.Pro-VC , Amity University Rajasthan & witnessed the Knowledge and deliberation on the Importance of Ayurveda in Indian Cooking. How Ayurveda could be integral part of the Indian Cooking. The Discussions were held from the Industry point of view on how Ayurveda is made to use in the context of Indian Cooking pattern by renowned Chef Dr Soundarajan. On the other hand Dr Kashinath Samagandi, Associate Professor, National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur explained the different ways we can control our food as per Ayurveda and its importance.
