International Seminar on Role of Food in Green Tourism Promotion

The program was organised in two parts. In first part Inaugration of International Seminar was done by lamp Lightning ceremony By Honorable VC sir, pro VC sir & All Guest of Honours Chef Satya Sharma (Executive Chef, Taj Amer), Chef Rajeev Goyal (Founder & Director, India Food Tourism Organisation) & Mr Sanjak Kaushik( Founder & Director, Rajaputana Holiday Makers Pvt Ltd) .  Prof. (Dr) Sanjeeb pal (Director ASH) welcomed all the guests in his welcome address followed by Theme Setting of the International Seminar by Dr Saurabh Sharma (Associate professor, ASH). Respected Pro-VC Prof G K Aseri Sir motivated the students for their active participation in this type of events so that they get exposure to academic & industry integration. Honorable VC Prof Amit Jain Sir in his presidential address spoke about the importance of Sustainaibility & praised the entire team for taking us theme of green tourism Promotion giving example of our own Campus which itself is a testimony & perfect destination for Green Tourism promotion as its completely Plastic free Campus with Lush Greenery. Second Part of the event Panel Discussion was carried out by all the Three Indian Guests of Honour along with International Guest (online) in which Chef Miranza Guzman Mam (Ambassador for Mexico Best of Gastronomie International & Directora Camara Gastronomica Y Turistica del peru) addressed the gatherings in online mode. The Panel Discussion was moderated by Dr Chef Saurabh Sharma (Associate professor, ASH). At last Vote of Thanks was given by Dr Sushil Kumar (Associate professor, ASH) followed by Group Photograph.
