Guest Lecture was started by Dr Jai Sonker with Introduction of Mr Nikhil Jhangra . Then Dr Jai Sonker given a welcome note to Mr Nikhil. Mr Nikhil started his lecture with his own introduction. Then he played management trick game with student to make them more attentive. Then he shared a ppt on the topic. With the help of graphics, he explained growth of event management in various cities of hotel operation. Further he explained about the structure of event management operation mechanism. He briefed about the role of post event management analysis for guest information, for F&B operation, staff management, future operation . He further discusses the various types of event management like corporate event, social event, non-profit event, sports event etc.
At last, he shared his various experiences of event handling. And how he has used his managing skills to operate event. Finally, he closed the session by giving thanks to Amity school of Hospitality, amity university Rajasthan.
Guest lecture was closed by Dr Sushil Kumar after giving a thanks note from Amity University Rajasthan side. He has given thanks to VC sir and Pro VC sir also.
