Director ASH inspecting the competition
All students were required to compete in a cooking competition organized by Amity School of Hospitality for Zero wastage which is under SDG-2. The students were made aware of the food wastage and reduce it. The main theme of the competition was reducing wastage. The students were required to cook food with minimum wastage. The ingredients were provided by the department at the basic training kitchen. 12 students from ASH and 2 students from ASLA took part in the competition. They were Guided and instructed by Dr. Chef Saurabh Sharma and Chef Kailash.
