The advances or Revolution in Military Affairs (RMA) has had a significant impact on the way countries approach strategic issues and take decisions on geopolitical matters. As such it made for an important webinar topic. This has important implications for India, especially vis-à-vis China where rapid technological changes can potentially dilute the natural geographical protection of the Himalayas. The webinar on the topic "Strategy of India in the context of geopolitical environment" organized by Dr Ashutosh Singh of Amity School of Liberal Arts on 12th October 2023 provided an opportunity to hear the perspectives of a nationally renowned expert in Military and Geostrategy on this very sensitive and contemporary issue. Maj Gen Ajay Chaturvedi, AVSM, VSM, Vice-Chairman, STRIVE, is a nationally recognized authority on the field and he provided his expert views on the topic. Dr Ashutosh Singh moderated the event which was to be hosted by Dr. Prof. Rahul Tripathi as Director, Amity School of Liberal Arts. The session was very informative for its participants and went a long way in enlightening them about the Strategy of India in the context of geopolitical environment.
