Department of Student Welfare, Amity University Uttar Pradesh Lucknow Campus hosted the highly anticipated annual Youth Fest Amiphoria 2024 on the 5th, 6th, and 7th of March 2024 with a theme of 'Vasudhaiv Kutumbkum” under Chairpersonship of Prof (Dr) Manju Agrawal, Dean Student Welfare & Director RACESPH and under Patronship of Wg Cdr (Dr) Anil Kumar, Hon’ble Dy Pro VC.
v It featured a variety of events and activities that captivated the audience from the first day. This three-day event was a cut above the rest, and it has set some challenging goals for the years ahead. Students from Amity and other educational institutes, as well as students from other top colleges in the region, brought a lot of energy and enthusiasm to the event, which created an electric atmosphere of camaraderie and competition on campus. And that is precisely what the fest has come to represent. Major Evening attractions were:
o Day 1 (5th March 2024) : Battle of Bands / Sufi Khayal Band & Amity Designer Awards
o Day 2 (6th March 2024) : Anup Jalota Evening and Mr. & Ms. Amity
o Day 3 (7th March 2024) : Rock Fest / Celebrity Night
Given the fest's growing clout, it's not surprising to see a dazzling array of top-tier sponsors on hand. This year was no exception, as students competed for exciting cash prizes as well as honours for their respective institutes. They competed in a variety of cultural activities that showcased their skills and talents. The event introduced students to a platform that is abundantly giving, and at its core, it is organised, coordinated, and run entirely by students—so they were able to see and learn things first hand while immersing themselves in the practicality of it, all while having a great time.
