Ami Fest

The prestigious Amity Designer Award at the Amity Lucknow Campus started with great enthusiasm and grandeur. The event witnessed participation from various educational institutions and independent designers, all coming together to present their interpretations of the assigned themes. The competition was categorized into three themes: Southern Europe (Semester 6), Southeast Asia (Semester 4), and Indo-Western (Outsider University Participants). Each theme symbolized cultural unity and the interconnectedness of global fashion.

Industrial Visit and Live Projects

Industry Visit to Tilsim by Sagarika Mehrotra

The Fashion Technology Department of Amity University, Lucknow, organized an industry visit for students to the designer house Tilsim by Sagarika Mehrotra. The objective of the visit was to provide students with a practical understanding of the fashion design process, from conceptualization to execution. This visit enabled students to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application in the fashion industry.

Mahindra SanatKala Lucknow Festival

Launched in 2010, a celebration of the beautiful culture of Awadh, Mahindra Sanatkada Lucknow Festival (MSLF) started off as a Crafts Bazaar, and evolved into a kaleidoscope of culture and charm over the years. It is an open-to-all event that brings under one roof art, crafts, food and culture lovers from Lucknow and beyond.

The session was conducted by Ms. Sonali Rastogi, a renowned expert in the field of branding and marketing.

Branding & Customer Experience in Accessories Merchandising

Our branding workshop commenced with an engaging session led by Ms Sonali Rastogi, a seasoned branding expert from Lucknow. With a background in design from the Footwear Design and Development Institute (FDDI), Sonali brought a wealth of knowledge and experience. The session aimed to demystify the concept of branding and explore the essential elements that contribute to building a successful brand.

Alumni Meet 2024

The Alumni Meet is conducted for bringing together alumni from ASFT to reconnect with the institution and share their professional experiences.
